How to return your old rebuildable core unit and receive a 100% core charge refund directly to your Paystack payment method.

Install Your New Part
Install the new/remanufactured alternator, caliper, or starter motor. Drain any residual fluid from your old core.

Pack in Original Box
Place the old core inside the original manufacturer packaging. Affix the prepaid DHL Core Return label included with your order.

48-Hr Automated Refund
Upon physical receipt and condition inspection at our Munich depot, your core deposit is credited via Paystack within 48 hours.
Core Acceptance Guidelines
Eligible for Full Refund
- Complete unit with all brackets and sub-assemblies
- Normal operational wear and tear
- Returned within 90 days of order placement
- Packed in original manufacturer protective carton
Ineligible / Forfeited Cores
- Severe structural cracks, cut wires, or torch damage
- Missing internal armatures, stators, or pistons
- Excessive rust/corrosion preventing remanufacturing
- Incomplete or disassembled core components
