Governing Consumer (B2C) & Commercial Trade (B2B) Orders • EuroMotorparts GmbH
1. Scope & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase agreements concluded via the online shop between EuroMotorparts GmbH (hereinafter "EuroMotorparts") and its customers (both consumers and registered B2B trade businesses).
2. Fitment Guarantee & Technical Specifications
When a vehicle is selected via German KBA HSN/TSN codes or Year/Make/Model selectors, EuroMotorparts certifies 100% mechanical fitment. In the rare event of a catalog discrepancy, return shipping is fully prepaid and a direct replacement or refund is issued immediately.
3. Pricing, VAT & Payment Terms
All prices shown for retail customers include applicable statutory German VAT (19%). For verified B2B trade accounts outside Germany within the EU with a valid VIES VAT number, 0% VAT intra-community reverse charge is applied. Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
4. Core Deposit (Altteilpfand) & Returns
For remanufactured assemblies (alternators, calipers, starters, steering racks), a refundable core charge is collected at checkout. This amount is refunded in full upon return of the rebuildable core unit within 90 days.
